  • Step 1: Apply
    Complete our online application with basic information about your childcare experience and availability.

    Step 2: Application Review
    Our team reviews applications to confirm candidates meet our qualifications and align with the values of No Screen Nannies.

    Step 3: Interview
    Qualified applicants are invited to a virtual interview so we can learn more about their experience and caregiving approach.

    Step 4: Profile Setup
    Selected candidates complete their caregiver profile and sign required documents through their dashboard.

    Step 5: Background Check & References
    We conduct background screenings and verify childcare references.

    Step 6: Join the Network
    Once approved, caregivers become part of the No Screen Nannies network and can view available opportunities.

    Step 7: Family Matching
    When a family’s needs align with your experience and availability, we facilitate introductions and interviews.

    Step 8: Placement
    After a successful match, caregivers begin their role with the family. Our team remains available for ongoing support.

  • • Be at least 18 years of age
    • Have a minimum of two years of paid childcare experience
    • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
    • Successfully pass a comprehensive background screening, including Social Security verification, criminal records check, sex offender and global watch list screening, education verification, and driving record review
    • Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
    • Provide at least three references from previous childcare positions
    • Be fluent in both written and spoken English
    • Hold in-person CPR and First Aid certification before the first day of employment
