Caregiver Compensation
We believe compensation should reflect the experience, professionalism, and level of care each nanny brings into a home. Our goal is to create clarity and confidence for both families and caregivers, ensuring expectations are aligned from the very beginning.
Compensation is thoughtfully determined based on experience, certifications, responsibilities, number of children, and schedule. While every role is unique, we guide families in offering competitive and appropriate rates that reflect the quality of care they are receiving.
On-Call Care Compensation
For on-call and occasional care, caregivers receive a starting rate of $20 per hour, paid directly by the family at the end of each booking.
This structure keeps the process simple and transparent, while ensuring caregivers are fairly compensated for their time, reliability, and professionalism. Rates may vary based on experience, number of children, and the specific needs of each booking.
Placement Compensation
For part-time and full-time placements, compensation typically ranges from $22 to $45 per hour, depending on experience, number of children, responsibilities, and schedule. We work closely with both families and caregivers to ensure compensation feels fair, sustainable, and clearly defined from the outset.
How Payment Works
For on-call care, payment is made directly to the caregiver at the conclusion of each visit unless otherwise arranged.
For permanent placements, payment schedules and structure are established during the hiring process. We provide guidance on industry standards and best practices to support a smooth and professional working relationship.
