On-Call Care
We work with a carefully selected network of experienced caregivers, each chosen for their professionalism, warmth, and ability to engage children without reliance on screens.

Our Approach
Our on-call care is built to be flexible, responsive, and supportive of your schedule. Whether you need coverage for an evening, a weekend, or a last-minute request, we coordinate each booking with care and intention.
We remain involved throughout the process to ensure communication is clear, expectations are aligned, and each experience feels smooth from start to finish.
How It Works
Care is booked as needed, with no long-term commitment. Final hours are confirmed at the end of each booking and rounded to the nearest half hour.
Caregivers are paid directly at the conclusion of each visit, while our team remains available for coordination, communication, and ongoing support.
Investment
Care is offered at a starting rate of $25 per hour, reflecting both caregiver compensation and the thoughtful support provided by our team.
Caregivers are paid directly by the family after the shift has been completed at the rate of $20 per hour. The additional $5 per hour will be billed separately through your parent dashboard.
Additional fees may apply for short-notice bookings, last minute cancellations, holidays, travel care, or more specialized requests.

Permanent Placements
Permanent placements are designed for families seeking consistent, long-term support. These roles typically begin with a minimum commitment of seven months, with many families choosing a year or longer to create stability and continuity in the home.
Hours may be part-time or full-time, and both live-in and live-out arrangements are available depending on your family’s needs.
Our priority is not simply to find someone who can fill the role, but to thoughtfully match you with a caregiver who aligns with your family’s rhythm, values, and personality. The goal is a relationship that feels natural, supportive, and lasting.

Investment
Our placement services are structured to reflect the level of care and attention given to each search.
A one-time fee of $400 is required to begin the process of searching for your caregiver.
A placement fee of 18% of the caregiver’s annual gross compensation is due before the selected start date.
This flat structure allows for clarity and consistency, while still reflecting the personalized nature of each placement.
A Lasting Fit
We approach every placement with care and intention, with the goal of creating a strong, lasting fit for both your family and your caregiver.
Should your caregiver leave within the first year, No Screen Nannies provides a replacement with no additional search fee.
